COMMITMENT TO TRANSPARENCY
Fundación Innovación, Transformación y Desarrollo (Atelier itd) was established on February 14, 2023, and is registered in the State Register of Foundations by Resolution of September 27, 2023, with registration number 2780. Since its creation, the foundation has embraced a strong commitment to transparency, institutional integrity, and accountability.
At Atelier itd, we understand transparency as a cross-cutting principle that permeates all our decisions, practices, and collaborations. It is the foundation of the trust we build with our partners, communities, Board of Trustees, and team. Transparency means acting with integrity, reporting clearly, sharing relevant information, and maintaining communication channels that are open, honest, and accessible.
We are committed to responsible management of the resources entrusted to us, proactively avoiding conflicts of interest, and ensuring that our actions are always aligned with the values and mission of the foundation. All our operations are guided by high ethical standards, especially when working with people and groups in vulnerable situations.
Between January and June of each year, Atelier itd submits its annual accounts to the Protectorate of Foundations and publishes them on this website, ensuring public access to financial information and reinforcing institutional accountability.
For us, transparency is not a formality but a way of working. That is why we also foster an organizational culture based on respect, inclusion, and equity, as reflected in our Code of Conduct, which guides all our interactions and actively safeguards the dignity of everyone involved in our activities.
