Luis holds a Master’s in Strategies and Technologies for Development from Complutense University of Madrid and Polytechnic University of Madrid (Spain), and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from San Ignacio de Loyola University (Peru).
He has worked on projects in development cooperation, social innovation, and university academic management. He also completed professional internships at the Organization of American States and at the UNDP office in Peru.

Sports are associated with values such as discipline, perseverance, and self-improvement, and they have the power to bring communities together. Sports—and in my case, football—also allow me to stay connected with my country, my city, and my family.”
