approach

Contemporary challenges—characterized by high levels of uncertainty, with no predefined solution and which cannot be addressed by a single agent, institution, or policy area—require systemic thinking and unprecedented levels of collaboration in both breadth and depth.

Human beings are collaborative creatures. However, differing organizational interests, lack of coordination, working in silos, and polarization between individuals and groups are limiting our ability to collaborate.

Areas of work

A multi-stakeholder partnership is a form of collaboration between diverse actors—such as governments, the private sector, civil society, international organizations, and academia—who commit to working together toward a common purpose, sharing risks, responsibilities, resources, and benefits.

We design and facilitate multi-stakeholder partnerships so that diverse organizations can complement each other’s capacities and resources for a shared purpose that generates positive impacts on society and the environment.

Network development is the intentional process of building, strengthening, and evolving relationships between individuals, organizations, or institutions to reinforce collective action, shared learning, and systemic change. We accompany organizations, networks, and platforms in the transformation and design of their relational models, helping them to establish more strategic, creative, and open forms of engagement with their stakeholders and non-traditional actors.

Learning is a social, collective, and situated phenomenon that goes beyond the individual development of skills, being especially relevant in contexts of change.

Collaborative learning occurs thanks to the interaction between diverse agents—public, private, community, and academic—who share reflections, engage in dialogue from different perspectives, and promote joint actions, both in formal spaces and in everyday collaborative practices.

We design and facilitate safe spaces for reflection and learning through collective action, where assumptions can be questioned, practices reviewed, learning integrated, and collaboration strategies redirected.

Thematic areas

The complexity of today’s challenges can often feel discouraging or paralyzing. That’s why we create contexts that disarm disillusionment, infusing transition and collaboration processes with enthusiasm, collectivity, sensitivity, emotion, and hope. We work to reach unusual places, with creativity as the central axis. We promote communication encounters and exchanges starting from what is possible—whether imagined through the arts or practiced in reality.

Policies driving transitions—ecological, energy, digital, labor, among others—must be just. They must reduce existing inequalities and create new opportunities, especially for vulnerable groups. We support public administrations, businesses, and international organizations in designing and implementing policies that integrate not only the environmental dimension, but also the social and economic ones.

Migration is a structural reality of our societies and an essential component of their social, cultural, and economic transformation. Ignoring its impact or treating it only from an assistance-based logic limits our collective capacity to build cohesive, resilient, and democratic societies. We collaborate with refugee-led organizations and those supporting migrants in their integration process, analyzing and proposing improvements to intervention models.

Educational environments have great potential to improve community well-being, build capacities, reduce inequalities, and strengthen social cohesion. We work with educational communities, public administrations, and organizations to strengthen both their educational and community roles—so they become open spaces for citizens, for reflection and listening, for interdisciplinarity, and for building new possibilities.
