“I carry the three colors of my flag—black, red, and green—not only as a symbol of my homeland, but as the heartbeat of an Afghanistan that refuses to be forgotten. It is a reminder of the dreams and achievements buried under Taliban darkness, and a promise that, from my refuge in Spain, I remain the voice of my land, calling out for its identity and its future. Though my body is in Spain, my soul is still rooted in the land where I was born. This flag is not only a national symbol—it is the echo of millions of silenced voices, the reflection of a people still resisting in the shadows, and the reminder that although exile has taken my home, my heart still beats for Afghanistan.”
