Cecilia holds a Law degree, a Master’s in Economic Analysis of Law from Di Tella University (Argentina), and a Master’s in Strategies and Technologies for Development from UPM/UCM (Spain). She is also certified in mediation as an alternative method of conflict resolution, and as an Agile coach and facilitator.
She currently facilitates multi-actor teams—bringing together people from public, private, academic, and civil society organizations—fostering highly collaborative and coordinated environments to address complex challenges.
In the past, she worked as a consultant on project development, management, and evaluation for UNDP, IDB (Inter-American Development Bank), IBRD (World Bank), CAF, and FONPLATA. She also has broad experience as a legal advisor in the public sector on issues of access to information, and in the private sector advising companies, banks, and NGOs.
