“My 3-year-old son’s Lego creations remind me that building is a shared process, where every piece matters. Sometimes it results in a wobbly tower, other times a spaceship or an unexpected structure—but always with experimentation, learning, and the joy of building together. In my work, as in those moments of play, I believe the most valuable transformations arise from collaboration, creativity, and the willingness to imagine possible futures.”
