These frameworks guide us in our relations within and outside the organization, and include specific measures for prevention, training and action in the event of any situation of abuse, discrimination or inappropriate treatment.

Our commitment goes beyond legal compliance: we promote demanding principles of respect, equity and protection, with special attention to people in vulnerable situations.
