2024 Report
In 2024 we took our first steps as Atelier itd, with the mission of designing and facilitating space where people and organizations from different backgrounds and perspectives can engage in dialogue, learn together, and collaborate in building a more just, resilient, cohesive society in harmony with the environment.
This report is much more than a compilation of projects and activities, it is a reflection of our commitment to always work through networks, building bridges between sectors, disciplines and levels of administration.
During this first year we collaborated with more than 50 organizations in areas as diverse as contemporary art, green employment, climate and education, urban decarbonization, collaborative and anticipatory governance, circular socioeconomy, activation sector sustainability, digital addiction support, and ocean conservation.
We present the projects in 2024, many of them still ongoing, grouped into three services: alliances, new models of collaboration and learning.
ALLIANCES
We design and manage solid and lasting relationships between public, private, and social organizations, with the objective of strengthening collaborations capable of addressing complex challenges and generating positive impacts on society and the environment.
To this end, we promote spaces for dialogue, reflection, and experimentation where diverse voices and knowledge converge, facilitating collaborative processes that inspire and drive the collective construction of transformative initiatives.

NEW COLLABORATION MODELS
We accompany organizations, networks, and platforms in the transformation and design of their relational models, helping them establish more strategic, creative, and open forms of connection with their stakeholders and non-traditional actors.
We facilitate strategic dialogue spaces, support comprehensive management of collaborative portfolios, and promote continuous transfer of learning between projects.

LEARNING
We design training programs and generate applied knowledge to strengthen internal capacities for collaboration, facilitation, and change management in organizations and teams.
Our approach combines participatory and experiential methodologies with knowledge systematization processes, fostering organizational learning that enhances resilience and social innovation.
