Multi-actor partnership facilitator at the Innovation and Technology for Human Development Center of the Polytechnic University of Madrid (itdUPM)
She holds a Master’s in Strategies and Technologies for Development from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and Complutense University of Madrid (Spain), and a degree in International Relations from Universidad del Rosario (Colombia).
Since 2017, she has been working at the Innovation and Technology for Human Development Center of the Polytechnic University of Madrid (itdUPM), contributing to the creation of social innovation ecosystems and collaborative approaches to catalyze transitions towards sustainability.
Previously, she worked at the Colombian Maritime Authority, coordinating regional cooperation through monitoring commitments and training States in the region, advising, and translating international treaties on maritime affairs into national policies. She has also been a researcher and assistant professor for several courses at the Faculty of Political and International Studies at Universidad del Rosario, Colombia.
